As a member of the ASEAN University Network (AUN), the University of Indonesia has been actively involved in the quality assurance assessment of study programs for AUN members, known as the AUN Quality Assurance (QA) Assessment, since 2008. This year, in the 157th AUN-QA, the Department of Criminology, FISIP UI, became one of the study programs to be assessed. The assessment process lasted for 3 days (September 3 – 5, 2018), held at the UI Student Activity Center Building.
The Dean of FISIP UI, Arie Setiabudi Soesilo, M.Sc., began this series of activities by providing a brief overview of the achievements and accomplishments of FISIP UI, followed by a meeting between the assessors and the faculty and study program leaders, study program administrators and lecturers, and faculty academic staff. On the second day, it was the turn of other stakeholders, namely active students and alumni, to meet with the assessors for a Q session. In addition to meetings with stakeholders on both days, a review of facilities and academic activities was also conducted during a faculty tour.
